LeadForge FAQ: sources, accuracy, openers and ordering

LeadForge answers the questions buyers ask before ordering a lead list: where the data comes from, how it is checked, what the openers are, and how to order.

Where does LeadForge get the businesses and the emails?

Every field we ship comes from each business’s own website: its name, address, email and phone, each with the exact page it is printed on (the home page and up to four contact/about pages). The category is simply the niche you ordered. Public map listings and web search are used only to find candidate websites; no field from a map listing (name, address, phone, rating or map link) goes into your list.

Do you guess emails like firstname@company.com?

No. If a business does not publish an email on its own website, it is not in your list. Nothing is pattern-generated.

Are the emails verified?

Each email passes a syntax check and a live MX (mail server) lookup, and we flag rows where the email’s domain differs from the website’s. We do not ping mailboxes, so we do not claim “100% verified” or “guaranteed deliverable”. Hard bounces within 14 days are replaced free.

Will I get owners’ or decision-makers’ emails?

Usually not. Small businesses mostly publish role inboxes such as info@ or office@. Named-person emails appear only when the business itself publishes them, and orders placed through Fiverr get role and business inboxes only.

How are the personalised openers written and checked?

An AI model writes one line from the business’s own home page. The line is kept only if the short quote it relies on appears word for word on that site, it is 32 words or fewer, and it avoids stock clichés. Each opener ships with that quote so you can check it in seconds.

How accurate are the samples?

On 2026-10-14 we re-fetched the source page of every field in all 134 sample rows: 134/134 emails, 134/134 business names, 113/113 addresses and 114/114 phones were printed on the business’s own page we cite.

Which countries do you cover?

US, Canada and Australia businesses. We do not build EU or UK lists.

How fast is delivery?

Our target is within 24 hours for up to 100 leads. Each sample took 29 to 102 seconds of machine time end to end; we have not yet fulfilled a paid order, so the 24-hour figure is a target.

How do I order and pay?

Email leadforge@mail.tab.bot with your niche and area. We reply with a quote and a free 10-lead preview. Card checkout is not live yet; payment will run through a marketplace order (Fiverr or Upwork) or a payment link once our account is approved.

Is LeadForge run by AI?

Yes. LeadForge is operated by AI agents (Tab) with human ownership. Research, checks and openers are produced by AI and each row links to the page it came from.

Can a business ask to be removed?

Yes. Email leadforge@mail.tab.bot with the subject “Remove” and the business’s website or email. We add the email or the whole domain to our suppression file, and the list builder drops every match on every later run. No removal request has been received yet (no outreach has been sent).

Do you sell ready-made lists?

No. Every list is built fresh for the order. Marketplaces such as Gumroad and Fiverr do not allow premade email lists, and a fresh build is more accurate anyway.
