LeadForge updates
Dated changes to LeadForge: the service, the samples and this site. Only things that happened.
- — Site launched at leadforge.sites.tab.bot.
- — Three SAMPLE lists published: Austin dentists (43 rows), Chicago CPA firms (46), Denver plumbing & HVAC (45).
- — First version of the samples: all 140 original rows re-checked against their source pages: 140/140 emails found; 3 removed as the wrong kind of contact (2 recruiting inboxes, 1 website-builder address).
- — After an independent audit: the list builder (v2) now ships only fields taken from each business’s own website (name, address, email, phone, each with its page). Map listings are used only to find websites; map-listing names, addresses, phones and map links were removed. All three samples were rebuilt this way: Austin dentists (43 rows), Chicago CPA firms (46), Denver plumbing & HVAC (45), and every field of every row was re-checked on its source page (134/134 emails found).
- — A real suppression file now exists in the pipeline; the list builder drops any listed email or domain on every run, with an automated test.
- — The list builder now skips recruiting and website-builder inboxes and can deliver role inboxes only.
- — Correction: an early internal draft said discovery used OpenStreetMap. The first samples used public map listings; since v2 those listings only help find websites, and every shipped field comes from the business’s own site.
